In 2018, husband-and-wife entrepreneurs Sherwin and Rose founded Kwatogs — a name inspired by Sherwin's childhood nickname, "Kwatog." Their goal was simple: serve Batangas' well-loved lomi and tamis-anghang chami while elevating the dining experience — without compromising affordability.

Today, Kwatogs proudly operates 40 branches — all franchised — with a growing presence in major commercial centers such as SM and Robinsons malls, from Lipa City across the CALABARZON region, into Metro Manila, and as far as Isabela Province.
